- Lunch basket (with 1 day prior reservation)
In-room Amenities
- Mini-Bar (daily restocking with beer, wine, juice, soft drinks and water in Superior Double Room, Superior Double Room with Sharing Pool, Suite with Sharing Pool)
- Coffee/Tea making facilities (water kettle, coffee/tea sachets, sugar, milk in Superior Double Room, Superior Double Room with Sharing Pool, Suite with Sharing Pool)
- Bathroom amenities including hairdryer and toiletries
Activities & Leisure
- Free use of the hotel’s swimming pools and beach facilities, including sunbeds and umbrellas
- Full animation day and night program

Please note the following:
- The Ultra All-Inclusive wrist bands should be worn at all times
- One visit to our Theme restaurant per stay requiring a reservation in advance at the reception (due to limited seating, reservations cannot be guaranteed)
- Evening restaurants have a smart casual dress code (no beachwear will be permitted)
- Some facilities are subject to weather permitting and in some cases day and time restrictions and/or changes may apply
- The management reserves the right to change operation hours with little or no notice based on weather conditions
- Unlimited snacks, coffee, sweets, ice cream, soft drinks, juices, water, branded and local alcoholic beverages, beer, cocktails, long drinks and wines in all our restaurants and bars
- Your Ultra All-Inclusive program ends when you depart from the hotel and not upon check-out from the room.
The Ultra All-Inclusive program does not include the following:
- External phone calls, massage treatments, gift shop, medical service (24/7), mini-market, water sports (except free pedal boat, canoes and snorkeling), late checkout and lockers.
